Holder of several prestigious certifications such as CISSP, IMITI and CISM, Éric has advised national and international companies, providing them with strategic security guidance at executive level. His contributions were recognised in 2009 by the International Consortium for Information Systems Security Certification. CEO and military veteran specialising in signals intelligence and countermeasures. Eric has extensive expertise in executive coaching and crisis management. A dedicated teacher who teaches cybersecurity at Montreal’s École polytechnique and HEC, where he is training the next generation of security professionals. Known for his media presence in Canada, Éric Parent continues to shape the cybersecurity landscape by advocating robust and innovative solutions.

With more than 20 years’ experience in cybersecurity at major organisations such as Hydro-Québec, Desjardins and John Hancock, Sylvie Guérin is a passionate leader renowned for her ability to solve problems quickly. Sylvie has helped to significantly improve cyber defences and mentor new IT talent. Her ability to motivate teams and drive cyber security initiatives is complemented by in-depth technical expertise, particularly with tools such as Nessus/Tenable, and a remarkable ability to make sound management decisions. Sylvie excels and navigates with ease between the technical and managerial aspects of IT security, ensuring robust protection and exemplary responsiveness to emerging challenges.

With over 20 years of expertise in information technology management, specialising in customer experience and cybersecurity in a variety of enterprise environments. His career has ranged from innovative startups to large enterprises, where he has honed his ability to tailor cybersecurity strategies to the unique needs of businesses of all sizes. Charles’ strength lies in his deep understanding of the interplay between customer satisfaction and robust security measures, enabling him to effectively improve organisational resilience and customer confidence. An experienced consultant with a strong background in IT service management, IT strategy and professional services, Charles holds an ITIL Foundation certificate focusing on information technology. His approach enables him to deliver customised and effective cyber security solutions that align with strategic business objectives.

With a degree in information systems management and security, Sylvain is a seasoned security professional specializing in physical and cyber security. With extensive experience in both technical and managerial roles, Sylvain excels at spotting the often overlooked details that are crucial to protecting organizations. He has mastered the main security frameworks and standards such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, CSF and PCI-DSS, enabling him to offer strategic advice to improve organizational defenses against constantly evolving threats. As Director of Research and Development at EVA Technologies, Sylvain leads a variety of technical projects, leveraging his experience. His involvement in the AI communities since 2019 underlines his commitment to integrating cutting-edge technologies into security strategies

With over 10 years’ experience, Anibal Gonzalez is responsible for the development and management of tools at EVA Technologies. He specialises in web application design, big data, business intelligence, database management and artificial intelligence solutions. Trained at the Instituto Tecnologico de Veracruz and the University of Texas at Austin, his expertise fuels the creation of technologically advanced, high-performance tools that integrate seamlessly into systems. Notable projects under his leadership include the development of a cybersecurity management tool used in more than 45 countries, and innovative AI models that improve vulnerability management. His visionary approach constantly stimulates technological innovation and operational excellence within the company.
